Teri Hedrich Office Manager Teri holds all our endeavors together at the home office for Falconer Group. She will greet you at our door or on the phone, assist with client requests, coordinate office activities and provide general support to our team. Bringing her skills and experience together to benefit our clients and staff, Teri adds a dimension of reliability and enthusiasm to our efforts. She comes to the Falconer Group with more than 30 years of work experience in the nonprofit sector. Most recently, she was the Annual Giving Officer at the Northwestern Michigan College Foundation in Traverse City. Prior to moving to northwest Michigan in 2001, she managed the 800-strong volunteer program at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Educationally, Teri earned an MBA from Western Michigan University and completed her Bachelor of Science at Iowa State University. Outside the office, Teri enjoys living and recreating in the Traverse City area with her retired husband Al. Outdoor activities such as hiking, sailing and snowshoeing top the list for fun, as does attending the symphony and other local events. In addition, Teri is active in the Twilight Rotary club and also volunteers with the Cherry Festival and the TC Film Festival.
